As our Tech Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing our utilization of available technologies to make us a more efficient, and transparent company.  This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded technical expert to join our progressive and rapidly growing property management, property services, and investing services company that is #1 in its industry.

Location / Travel / Environment:

Full time contract + bonus

Work from your quiet home office with multiple monitors and exceptional internet speeds

Typical Work Day / Responsibilities / Reports To:

Reports to COO.

Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure we are maximizing our technology initiatives in the most efficient way possible to improve our operation in alignment with our vision and goals.

Help prioritize and then implement technical projects and tasks from start to finish.

Maximize our efficiency and revenue through the use of technology.

Skills / Abilities Needed:

Fluent English, NO EXCEPTIONS

Excellent ability to understand the vision and then implement it.

Expert in ERP, with strong experience in Odoo.

Must be proficient in Python.

Must be proficient in Wordpress.

Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Strong work ethic.

Lead, Manage, and be Accountable

Can work independently and as part of a team

Impeccable integrity and ethics

Education / Experience / Other Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related qualification.

3+ years experience managing technical projects/initiatives as part of a large organization

3+ years of work experience in ERP (some with Odoo)

Prefer 2+ years experience with a home/property services company

Project Management Certifications (prefer Six Sigma, or similar)
